What made you decide to invest in wedding videography?

From the beginning of our wedding planning we knew that we wanted videography for our wedding day to capture and immortalise our wedding day forever! We are both very sentimental people and love looking back at old tokens and photos and knew we needed to record one of the biggest days of our lives.

Why did you choose Castle Media?

We picked you for our wedding videography after getting glowing recommendation from our other vendors, but also after watching a few of his wedding films on line- feeling the emotion just pour out of the screen.

What do you do?..How do you spend your days?..What's important in life?

Tom is a diesel mechanic and is always keeping his mind and hands busy with the next project both at work and at home. Telea is a veterinary nurse and spends her days caring for her adorable patients at work, or spoiling our fur baby Nala at home. Both of us love spending time with our family and getting outdoors!

The proposal ...Tell me everything...

Both having very hard working jobs, can go several months without sharing a weekend together, so we decided to take a weekend off in late 2020 (post the initial COVID wave) and have a staycation weekend in a hotel. After spending the day out in Fremantle exploring the beaches and markets, we got a call from Tom’s best friend (now Best Man) saying he was on a date at Kings Park and his car had broken down and he needed Tom to come help him (a ruse pre-planned by him and Tom, and a likely story). Once we arrived to kings park- Tom whisked Telea away to a romantic picnic set up by some of his best friends where he got down on one knee in front of the city skyline, whilst his other best friend hid in the bushes taking photos of the two of us! Little did we know, that the best man’s car did ironically actually break down and he barely made it to the park in time to set up!

Barrett Lane is just the most beautiful intimate venue, no where else felt just right.

What experience do you want to give your guests?

We want our guests to get teary eyed at our ceremony, have a few laughs at our speeches and dance the night away!
