What made you decide to invest in wedding videography?

We want to be able to look back on it forever. I remember as a little girl I would watch my parents wedding video all the time. I think you spend so much money on such a big day that goes by SOOO fast, why wouldn't you want to watch it again! I also think a videographer catches reactions and a different view. It was really a no brainer for me!

Why did you choose Castle Media?

Your videos are wonderful! like watching a story. I thought your package was good value for money and you were so easy to get along with when we met. I didn't feel the need to keep looking as I knew our day would be fun having you apart of it! You are actually one of the only vendors we met with before booking and it was worth it :)

What do you do?..How do you spend your days?..What's important in life?

​

Travis is a Mechanical Fitter and Telissa is a Team Leader in a Real Estate company. Life is very buys for us. Working, a child and planning a wedding is no joke! 
We have our little 3 year old boy who we love and will be our page boy at the wedding (only child attending). We love spending time with our family and friends. Most of our friends have kids so lots play dates and letting the kids run wild while we relax and catch up! We love the AFL, going to Bunnings, cheeky Nandos dates, the casino and having a good laugh!!! Our little boy is the most important thing in our life! We love getting out and about and will rarely be home.

The proposal...

​

It was Telissa's birthday and Travis had planned to take her out for dinner to Frasers in Kings Park. After 8 years and a baby, Telissa admits that every time you leave the house you are hopeful and wondering if that will be the time you get engaged. Travis recalls being so nervous that Telissa would find the ring that he kept in in his jocks and sat with it in there the whole time they were out for dinner. Telissa also found out the ring was hidden in the bedroom for a few weeks before the big night!!!!! We went for dinner and then afterwards Travis took Telissa for a walk around Kings Park and dropped the knee in front of the city lights. It was very beautiful! We then went for a celebratory drink at the casino.

The venue? Why Sandalford Estate above anywhere else?

​

It is just SOO beautiful. We looked at a few venues before going to Sandaford which was recommended to us by an old school friend of Telissa's who also got married there. I love the Estate Room and the view from the decking. It gives both winery and classy vibes. The good food is a bonus!

What experience do you want to give your guests?

​

FUN!!! We love to have fun and a good time and thats all we want for our guests. For us to finally be able to celebrate the life we have created together with everyone we love and for everyone to have the best time. Travis and I LOVE attending weddings, i will cry at any wedding and am so excited that its finally our time. We are more of a traditional sit down type of wedding people but we want people to still be able to have a dance and get up and have fun!
